Purchase Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Raise Purchase Orders (PO) in Tally.
- Extract and maintain reports from Tally (e.g., Pending PO, Delivery Challan (DC), Ledger, etc.).
- Manage invoice booking in Tally.
- Handle TDS deductions, debit notes, and credit notes in Tally.
- Assist in stock-taking and reconciliation processes.
- Maintain vendor records and support procurement documentation.
- Prepare and analyze basic reports using MS Excel.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience of 1–2 years in purchase/accounts or a similar role.
- Good experience of Tally Prime software (mandatory).
- Understanding of basic purchase processes, stock management, and invoice handling.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel (reporting, data entry, formatting).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and in coordination with the accounts and stores team.
