Service Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, and testing of food processing machinery at client sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines to ensure smooth functioning.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machinery.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
- Train operators and client staff on proper machine usage and safety practices.
- Maintain service reports, installation documents, and customer feedback records.
- Coordinate with the design and production team for continuous product improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and food industry hygiene regulations during service.
- Handle spare parts management and raise requirements for replacement parts.
- Travel to client locations (domestic & international, if required) for service support.
- Understand Machine Drawings.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical controls, and automation basics.
- Hands-on experience with fabrication machinery or food processing equipment (preferred).
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work independently on client sites
